I was under the impression that the bag was LV Authentic. And I thought a patch would be stamped inside stating LV with number. Like I say it's beautiful and we love it please don't get me wrong but for the money I thought it would say it inside and I didn't think the handles would look worn already it being brand new.

The Louis Vuitton Speedy you purchased, bearing the date code SP1928, is a preloved, genuine Louis Vuitton that has been beautifully painted with red roses. The date code can be found on a leather tab underneath the interior pocket towards the top. It can be tricky to find, but it is in fact there. I'd be more than happy to schedule a Zoom call or Facetime to guide you on locating the date code on your bag.
Please note that our business model focuses on enhancing preloved, gently used authentic bags with unique artwork. We do not offer brand-new bags, so gentle wear on the handles is completely normal.
