    Depending on bag sourcing and artist availability, we aim to ship your handbag in approximately 4 to 8 weeks.

Our unique process begins with preparing the handbag's canvas prior to applying any artwork to the bag.  That vital, tedious step combined with our formulated, water-resistant paint ensures that the paint will not chip, crack or wash away if you were to get caught in a rainstorm.

Return Policy

Our team takes great time and care to source high-quality, pre-loved handbags and meticulously prepare and hand paint each treasure special, just for you.

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.  For purchased handbags online without personalized names or monograms, you may receive a refund up to 7 days post confirmed delivery for any reason. Due to the unique nature of our business and the timely effort of our team to service your order, New Vintage Handbags requires a 10% restocking fee.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item unless it is signed for by a member of our staff.

All sales are final for:  Handbags purchased online with names or monograms, artwork painted onto a client's personal handbag, sourced handbags with custom artwork and gift cards.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return within 7-14 business days.

Different Impression

I was under the impression that the bag was LV Authentic. And I thought a patch would be stamped inside stating LV with number. Like I say it's beautiful and we love it please don't get me wrong but for the money I thought it would say it inside and I didn't think the handles would look worn already it being brand new.

To provide transparency and assurance, we maintain detailed records and photos of each item in our customers' folders. The Louis Vuitton Speedy you purchased, bearing the date code SP1928, is a preloved, genuine Louis Vuitton that has been beautifully painted with red roses. The date code can be found on a leather tab underneath the interior pocket towards the top. It can be tricky to find, but it is in fact there. I'd be more than happy to schedule a Zoom call or Facetime to guide you on locating the date code on your bag.

Please note that our business model focuses on enhancing preloved, gently used authentic bags with unique artwork. We do not offer brand-new bags, so gentle wear on the handles is completely normal.
